Ramos, who now plays for Sevilla, married Pilar in 2019 and the couple, have four sons together.
Pilar previously revealed she and Ramos have sex every day.
She added: “My children are in bed at 9.30pm. Sex is life.”
She previously insisted the fact they had four kids had no impact on their sex life.
When asked how often she had romped with her husband, the stunning brunette replied: “We do it every day, except for the days when I am in Madrid.”
She commuted between Paris and Madrid when Ramos joined PSG, although he rejoined Sevilla last year.
