Occasional Digest - a story for you

Udofia vs Conway R2

Very little signifcant action taking place.

Udofia is targeting Conway’s body and pivoting out of danger.

Conway is walking forward and looking for openings but finding very little.

Udofia vs Conway R1

Purple gloves vs pink gloves here.

Lots of sparkle vs tons of glitter.

Both boxers test the levels with their jabs and Udofia lands a grazing right hand.

Even opener – expect more of the same.

Udofia vs Conway R1

Middleweight action between a couple of tough men who have suffered losses but bounced back.

This one feels like another bout destined for the distance.

Neither man has serious KO power but both are slick and technically sound.

Price wins R12

Coghill lands a short right hook but has to suffer a couple back.

And then he is dropped for a third time.

Again the brave underdog beats the count but he has lost the fight now.

And one final decking convinces referee Bob Williams to wave it off.

Coghill down R11

Both brave men appear tired now, there’s grabbing and holding now.

Price is trying to tower over his opponent but Coghill is tough and eager to trade.

Then price lands a massive one-two and drops his man.

That is a fight-winning shot.

Coghill beats the count and hears the bell but he needs a KO now.
