She said not only is the meal delicious and easy but it even satiates her picky family.

The nutrition specialist explained that she was able to achieve her fitness goals not in spite of her picky family but with them.
“I love a good Crockpot recipe, this one is easy, flavorful, and sooo satisfying,” she said.
She started off with eight chicken tenderloins, or alternatively, four to five chicken breasts, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic.
She sprinkled a box of stuffing mix over the protein in her Crockpot, making sure to coat the top layer.
Next, she combined two cans of cream of chicken soup, a single serving of Greek yogurt, and 1/3 cup of water in a bowl.
She spread a thin layer of the mixture over the stuffing and covered the chicken with a lid.
MaKayla started the Crockpot on high for four hours, returning to reveal the finished creamy chicken casserole.
She paired the chicken with a “mindful serving” of rice and a side of vegetables.
