AMIR KHAN fears Canelo Alvarez has lost his hunger for boxing – leaving Terence Crawford ready to feast.
Canelo defends his undisputed super-middleweight titles against Crawford on Saturday night – which will be the 68th bout of his iconic career.

The red-haired boxing hero – who was bullied for his ginger hair earning him the nickname Canelo, which translates to cinnamon in Spanish – turned pro aged just 15.
And now two decades later the 35-year-old is the sport’s top attraction.
He is on course to become a BILLIONAIRE and has world titles in four division’s clogging up his trophy cabinet.
So Khan – who was beaten in his retirement fight against Kell Brook in 2022 – reckons Canelo has lost the same fire which burnt him in their 2016 clash.
Khan, 38, told SunSport: “I think that Crawford takes the fight in my opinion.
“I like Canelo and he’s very respectful but the reason why I think this is because Crawford’s a fresher fighter.
“I’ve just started seeing little things in Canelo in the last couple of fights where he moves more.
“I just don’t think he’s got the fire in the belly like he used to or have that killer instinct like before.
Canelo vs Crawford – All the info
IT’S finally time – one of the biggest boxing matches EVER takes place THIS WEEKEND.
Two of boxing’s GOATs will meet in the ring as they fight for pound-for-pound supremacy and the super-middleweight crown.
CANELO VS CRAWFORD: ALL THE DETAILS YOU NEED AHEAD OF THE FIGHT OF THE CENTURY
“I don’t think he has that killer instinct now. Normally they have that killer instinct where they wanna go for the kill and hurt the guy, but I think he’s calm and he’s a made man.
“I know how that is. Like when I fought against Brook, you don’t have that fire in your belly like you are coming up and you wanna achieve something.
Canelo Alvarez hit me so hard I was KO’d before I even hit the canvas, warns Amir Khan ahead of Terence Crawford fight
“You know when you’ve achieved everything – which Canelo in my opinion has when it comes down to belts, titles, and also weight categories and also financially – that fire in the belly just goes and I know you might say that it might not go, it’s automatically it’s gonna happen.
“Your mind’s a very strong muscle that it just takes over your whole body.”
Khan boxed to an early lead against Canelo almost ten years ago – before a frightening right hand in the sixth robbed him of his momentum and senses.
The former super-lightweight champ was caught so hard he was out for the count well before the he even hit the deck.
Khan said: “I don’t know if he’s got the same kind of power that he had then, but in my opinion, he does hit very, very hard.
“I mean, even before I hit the floor, I was probably knocked out, to be honest with you. That’s how hard he hit me. So that just shows pure power.
“The guy’s very strong and he can definitely hurt someone really badly. But like I said, I don’t know how much power he has left in him now.
“Obviously, as you get older, the power’s not gonna be the same, but I’m sure it’s still very strong.”
Crawford, 37, beat a past-his best Khan in 2019 but the pair reunited as training partners three years later before the Brook grudge bout.
I just don’t think he’s got the fire in the belly like he used to or have that killer instinct like before.
Amir Khan on Canelo
But Khan – who had Crawford in the corner the night he lost to Brook – warned the unbeaten American can hang with the biggest and best of them.
He said: “Crawford is a bigger guy in camp. He’s always a stronger and bigger guy. I’ve seen him take down heavyweights.
“The guy, he’s a good wrestler and also he’s just a very strong guy. He’s got a strong upper body.
“So yeah, I don’t think anyone’s gonna give him any problems, especially Canelo, I don’t think Canelo’s gonna give him any problems.
“Look, you make them wrestle, I guarantee you Crawford will take Canelo down easy. That’s how strong he is.
“He’s a very good strong wrestler as well. But obviously that shows how much strength he has, core strength is solid. He’s a solid guy.”
The pound-for-pound greats meet at the Las Vegas Raiders’ 65,000-seat NFL stadium – streamed live on Netflix.
It has the hallmarks of a bonafide super-fight for the ages – one Khan reckons cannot disappoint.
He said: It’s gonna be a fantastic fight though still regardless because one thing I can say about both fighters is that they’re not gonna sit back and they’re not gonna put on a performance, they’re gonna fight till they die.
“But I just feel that Crawford has that little bit more than Canelo.”

The three ice creams will be inspired by some of Britain’s favourite cakes, including a birthday cake flavour.
Aldi has described the birthday cake ice cream as having a “party in every tub”.
Every sponge-flavoured treat is slathered in sweet marshmallow and raspberry sauces before being finished with rainbow sprinkles.
The second new ice cream comes in a red velvet flavour, which has rich cocoa frosting and baked sponge pieces.
Aldi’s final new flavour is the Cherry Bakewell ice cream, which is infused with sweet-almond and covered in pastry flavoured ice cream.
All three ice cream flavours will hit the shelves on September 15th and, according to Aldi, they will sell for just £2.49.
The news comes after the brand confirmed its Christmas plans three months in advance.
Like many other retailers, Aldi will be closing its doors for three days over the festive period to give its hardworking staff some time off.
All 1000 of Aldi’s sites will close on Christmas Day before reopening on December 27.
The shop will close again on New Year’s Day.
All 7 outdoor items hitting Aldi’s middle aisle this week including $29.99 tool that’ll keep you warm going into fall
Rebecca Heley, communications director at Aldi UK, said: “Christmas is a special time, and we want to ensure all of our colleagues have the opportunity to relax and enjoy it with their loved ones.
“That’s why all Aldi stores will be closed on Boxing Day this year.
“We know how hard colleagues work to deliver an amazing Christmas for our customers, and this is one small way of saying thank you.”
The supermarket chain has also announced that it is rolling out a huge change across all of its stores very soon.
Aldi will be stocking wines themed around autumn and winter from next week, after it was crowned Wine Supermarket of the Year at the People’s Choice Awards.
Sam Caporn, Aldi’s resident Master of Wine, said: “As summer fades, it’s time to uncork the flavours of autumn. Think medium-bodied reds for cosy evenings, or a tropical Stellenbosch Chardonnay alongside a Sunday roast.
“And here’s a secret – the Cigales Rosé isn’t just for summer. Its vibrant acidity makes it a surprisingly perfect partner for winter dishes too.”

It was another tense night in Bake Off tent as the bakers took part in biscuit week, but away from the bakes one contestant couldn’t help but admit she has the hots for Paul Hollywood
The 11 remaining bakers were back in the tent for the second episode of The Great British Bake Off tonight, as they took part in biscuit week.
As ever, things were heating up in the tent, and things are about to get even hotter next week as a preview saw one contestant admitting to their ‘secret crush’ on Paul Hollywood.
Bridal designer Pui Man, 51, found herself in danger on the Channel 4 show tonight after having a nightmare in the technical challenge with her hobnobs. However, she hasn’t seemed to let it get her down, as she’s set to go one step further to impress Paul next week.

Next week, the bakers are set to face their biggest challenge yet, bread week. With a savoury signature, a deep fried technical and a towering Showstopper, who will be the next to leave the tent?
Channel 4 are keeping it top secret until next Tuesday night, but one thing they aren’t keeping secret is baker Pui Man’s ‘crush’ on Hollywood.
In a preview for next week, which aired at the end of tonight’s episode, Noel Fielding can be seen asking the contestant: “What is it about Paul kneading bread that you like?”
“Very sexy,” Pui Man laughed, as Noel added: “With his blue eyes and a husky voice!”
The contestants weren’t the only one dropping secrets however, as Noel revealed one just seconds in to tonight’s episode.
Asked by co-host Alison Hammond what his favourite biscuit was, the IT Crowd star cheekily replied: “Not many people know this about me, but at midnight, I like to get naked, glue feathers onto myself and put party rings on my eyes and pretend to be an owl.
At the end of a dramatic episode, it was revealed that Leighton would be the second baker to leave the 2025 series, with his biscuits being called ‘a bit wet’ by the judges.
“Someone had to go right?” he said, as the rest of the bakers were left in tears. “I’ve had the most fun on Bake Off, I’ve loved it. I’ve had the opportunity and then I’ve come up against these amazing bakers.”
Fans were left gutted with Leighton’s departure, as one wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: “feel sad Leighton is gone I liked him but glad pui man is still in the game.”
A second penned: “Leighton i will miss you so bad :((,” while a third wrote: “Happy for Pui Man but NOT LEIGHTON!!”
Olivia Attwood is back with a new series of ITV2’s Bad Boyfriends, however she made headlines after presenting This Morning for the very first time this summer
Olivia Attwood on This Morning(Image: ITV)
Olivia Attwood has opened up about her future on ITV’s This Morning after making her presenting debut this summer. The ex Love Island star is returning to our screens with a new series of Bad Boyfriends on ITV2 this weekend.
However, Olivia became a daytime name earlier this year when she joined the presenting line-up of This Morning over the summer break. Speaking ahead of Bad Boyfriends’s return, Olivia revealed that This Morning bosses were impressed with her performance – and want her back.
“I loved it and luckily they loved me, which was all I was worried about,” she said. “They were happy and I did the slots I had over summer.
Olivia Attwood co-hosts ITV’s This Morning with Dermot O’Leary(Image: ITV)
“From their side and our side, we’d like it to be a repeat thing, but now it’s going back into regular scheduling with Cat and Ben so it’s more just where and when I could pop back in and obviously around the other things I’m doing.”
She added that it was a dream working with Dermot O’Leary, who she hosted alongside in the summer break. “I loved it and Dermot was just the dream to work alongside,” she said.
“Honestly, I have so much respect for him as a broadcaster and it was like surreal, but it was, I really enjoyed it. Hopefully I’ll be able to do a few more.”
It comes after Olivia revealed that she was “told off” by her husband Bradley Dack following her wild Ibiza holiday with friends – including Pete Wicks. “I am wild and I do go to Ibiza every year,” she said.
“I let my hair down and I do get told off by my husband and I’m honest about that. I’m not alone in that. The difference is that other people in our industry just wouldn’t be honest to say that. That is just what happens. I’m just not perfect, Brad’s not perfect, but we make it work.”
The ex Love Islander was pictured looking cosy with friend and KISS co-presenter Pete Wicks while partying on a boat with friends in Ibiza. Speaking about the rumours around their platonic relationship, she said: “I think it’s going to be expected when you have two straight people working together.
“It happened when I first joined TOWIE and Pete and I became very close. We spent a lot of time together. There was a rumour mill spinning back then and I expect it.
“I honestly do know that the way I am with the press and how I survive in my career is that I just don’t deep it that much. Unless it was something really bad that someone was saying about me, I don’t get too invested.
Olivia Attwood’s Bad Boyfriends airs Sunday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

The family had spent their time living in a £3.7million pad – dubbedSheeranville– which boasts a gym and pool, as well as a tree house and even a separate bungalow.
Yet Ed, 34, has said: “I’m just about to move to America.
“I feel like I might be the only person moving to America.
“I’m going on tour there for a while and I have a family so I can’t dip in and out.
“We’re going and settling there.”
Giving a glimpse into his home life on Instagram previously, he uploaded one showing him in a cosy-looking living area complete with a telescope for stargazing.
It also captured a huge library which was the perfect space for Ed and his song writing partners to pen his smash hits.
Land Registry records show that Ed bought his main home — a detached farmhouse and surrounding land — for £895,000 in June 2012
Despite the move, the Afterglow hitmaker has understandably retained his home but he also revealed he has built a second private boozer at his studio.
Ginger-haired pop megastar Ed Sheeran ’caused earthquake’ after thousands of fans jumped to hit songs at packed concert
He said: “People always look at stuff like that in my lifestyle and think it’s a bit weird, but I think to go out and really let loose with camera phones round, you can’t really do that any more – as in like if you’re well-known.
“So it’s having a place where you can have a few pints, a dance, a sing, get a bit silly and not worry about it being on TikTok the next morning.”
OWN GOAL
Ed then admitted he will no longer be able to watch his beloved Ipswich Town, where he owns a 1.4 per cent stake and was their shirt sponsor.
Chatting just before they lost on penalties at Bromley in the Carabao cup four weeks ago, he said the match was going to be the only game he’d be seeing this season before settling in the US.
He said: “I went to almost every game last season – I think I can only make one this season because I’m moving to the States.”
ALL CHANGE
The Shape of You singer previously expressed a desire to move into country music and potentially relocate to the US.
He said earlier this year: “When you transition to country, you can’t transition back.
“Nashville is my favourite city in the States and it’s always been my end goal to move to Nashville and transition to country.”
However, he did not reveal in his more recent interview just before planning to fly out whether it was Nashville where he was now setting up home.

A MUM has been praised after sharing the genius hack she swears by to give her kids a toy room without making her house look messy.
As a home schooling mum, Paige has devoted a whole room in her abode to her kids’ learning – which also contains some toys.

But as any parent knows, toys eventually make their way into different rooms, and can end up making the house look untidy.
So Paige came up with a clever idea to let her kids play in the lounge – one of the main family areas of the home – without it turning into another toy room.
In a video on her TikTok page, the mum-of-three showed the kitchen, toy room and lounge, all of which looked perfectly neat and tidy.
She then took the camera to behind the sofa, where she had set aside a large area for toys to go.

“Having a little mini toy room behind the couch was the best decision!” she wrote over the top of the video.
Thanks to the positioning of the sofa, the area is entirely invisible until you’re right on top of it.
And it also means that Paige doesn’t have to deal with tidying it up until she wants to.
“Really has help the house look a bit cleaner haha!” she added in the video caption.
People were quick to praise Paige in the comments section for the clever hack.
“This is so smart!” one wrote.
Stacey Solomon opens up about ‘very emotional’ morning but says tidying her house ‘cheered me up no end’
To which Paige replied: “It really works well!”
“So cute! Great idea!” another added.
“Your house is literally a dream – it’s beautiful,” a third gushed.
“Aww thank you!” Paige responded.
“We love it so much but we are growing and will need more room eventually.
“This space is huge, but tiny rooms is the down fall!”
How to baby-proof your house
IF you’ve got a baby coming very soon, here’s our top tips on how to get your home ready for their arrival…
Secure Furniture and Appliances: Use brackets or straps to anchor heavy furniture and TVs to the wall. Ensure that large appliances like fridges and ovens are stable and cannot tip over.
Install Safety Gates: Place gates at the top and bottom of stairs. Use gates to block off rooms that are not baby-proofed.
Cover Electrical Outlets: Use outlet covers or plates to prevent little fingers from poking into sockets. Ensure that electrical cords are out of reach or secured.
Lock Cabinets and Drawers: Install child-proof locks on cabinets and drawers, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Store hazardous substances, sharp objects, and small items that can be swallowed out of reach.
Use Corner and Edge Protectors: Attach soft corner and edge protectors to furniture with sharp edges. Consider using them on low tables, countertops, and fireplace hearths.
Secure Windows and Doors: Install window guards or locks to prevent windows from opening more than a few inches. Use door knob covers and door stoppers to prevent pinched fingers.
Maintain a Safe Sleep Environment: Use a firm mattress and avoid placing pillows, blankets, or stuffed animals in the cot. Ensure the cot meets current safety standards.
Keep Small Items Out of Reach: Regularly check the floor for small objects that could be choking hazards. Be mindful of items like coins, buttons, and small toys.
Adjust Water Heater Temperature: Set your water heater to a maximum of 49°C (120°F) to prevent scalding. Always test bath water temperature before placing your baby in.
Use Baby Monitors: Place baby monitors in the nursery to keep an eye on your little one. Ensure the monitor cords are out of reach to avoid strangulation hazards.
By taking these steps, you can create a safer environment for your baby.
“With all that wood accenting going on in there you could easily turn this into a hobbit house,” someone else pointed out.
Paige’s family home is located in Northern California, and is nestled within 10 acres of woodland.
She lives there with her other half and their three children – River Wildfox, Cedar Moon and Sequoia Rain.
Derry Girls actress Siobhan McSweeney appears alongside Will & Grace star Eric McCormack in a new BBC thriller, playing a supporter of US President Donald Trump
Siobhan McSweeney has ditched comedy for “straight” drama in her next role – playing an American supporter of Donald Trump in BBC thriller Nine Bodies in a Mexican Morgue.
The six-part murder-mystery is written by the creator of Foyle’s War, Anthony Horowitz, and features a cast of nine main characters who survive when their plane crashes in the Mexican jungle.
But in the plot they then begin to die one after another in strange and violent ways and soon realise there is a murderer in their midst. As the story unfolds in flashback, viewers will meet the survivors as they battle to stay alive against the heat, a shortage of supplies – and each other.
IN the plot Siobhan’s character is a motel owner, and she and her husband are huge Trump supporters
Derry Girls and Amandaland star Siobhan, 45, said the whole project had been a departure from the norm for her. “It’s the first time, apart from theatre, that I’ve played an American, so the accent was a challenge,” she admitted.
“Another challenge would be one that’s the same with every show, where you’re going to spend an awful lot of time with these people and you worry if you are all going to get on. It turned out to be one of the most joyful jobs I’ve ever been on.”
In the series by Horowitz, who has also scripted Agatha Christie’s Poirot and Midsomer Murders, Siobhan plays a Trump-loving Texan woman who runs a chain of motels with her husband, who is also on the plane and a fully signed up member of the Make America Great Again campaign.
The actress, 45, is best known for her role as acid-tongued Sister Michael in Derry Girls(Image: This picture may be used solely for Channel 4 programme publicity purposes in connection with the current broadcast of the progr)
She laughed that in real life if she was caught in a similar situation to this group, she’d be a goner. “I’d be dead within two days!” she said. “What really comes across, which is something that you never think about in these survival stories, is that you think they’re on the move but they’re not. They’re stuck in one area. They’re stuck beside the plane, so I guess I’d die of boredom.”
When it hits the screen later this month viewers will also see Will & Grace favourite Eric McCormack, who plays a doctor who has been struck off. He says that if the situation was real, he’d fare even less well. “I’d last 30 to 40 minutes,” he declared. “Actually, I take that back. There’s a full bottle of vodka on the plane, so I’d last six to seven hours, until the vodka ran out.”
She also proved a huge hit in Amandaland, in which she plays a stressed-out chef(Image: CREDIT LINE:BBC/Merman/Natalie Seery)
Siobhan, who also hosts Channel 4’s Great Pottery Throwdown and is currently fronting the Irish version of The Traitors, said she jumped at the chance to film in “Mexico”, which was actually Gran Canaria. “Then there was the idea of filming in the Canary Islands for the summer, whereas I usually get to film in Northern Ireland. So it was like ‘Let’s have a bit of fun’.”
Writer Horowitz said he hopes that BBC viewers enjoy the series. “I’ve always believed that murder stories are popular because they’re about the search for truth. We live in a world in which it is very hard to be sure of anything anymore – we have 24-hour news, fake news, post-truth. How do you know what’s real any more? But whodunnits lead to absolute truth. It’s revealed at the end of the final episode.”

One of the DJ and model’s quirks was she cannot bear to be barefoot, so she thought about sewing a secret set into her wedding dress.
The BBC show sees singles marooned on a deserted beach in only their wedding attire.
Millie told The Sun: “Coming back from the show, I ended up getting tested for ADHD and autism and I found out I have both.
“I have learnt so much about myself, someone described it as being ‘neuro spicy’ and I love that for me.

“It’s lifechanging really.
“I always knew things like I couldn’t be without a pair of socks, I always have to be wearing a pair, but being on the show made everything clear.
“This sounds crazy but I was contemplating sewing some socks into the boob bit of my wedding dress, I was like ‘can I smuggle in some socks?!’ but then I was like, no they’ll be disgusting.
“Now I know that’s why I am how I am.
“I’ve changed so much from it but in such a good, positive way and everyone has noticed.”
Millie was so conscious of being without her comforts, she had her wedding dress custom made with the experience in mind.

She included a bodysuit she could wear like a onesie, and a skirt she could detach and use as a mosquito net.
Millie, from Cheshire, added: “I am such a girly girl, I was combing my hair extensions with a fork.
“But the experience makes you strip everything back and I thought I’d struggle because I’m so OCD but I actually coped really well.”
Viewers saw her struggle with the show’s dramatic jump into the sea that kicks off their stranded experience.
“With Love Island there’s other couples and you can escape, but there’s nothing like Stranded for this, you’ve just got each other.”
Millie Thompson
After meeting at the altar, the couples then take a boat out to their deserted beach and then plummet into the sea ahead of a swim to land.
But poor Millie can’t swim and she had to fit a life vest over her gorgeous wedding dress.
She said: “That was a massive thing for me because I literally will not get in the water, I can put my feet in but that’s it, so to have to do that was massive.”
But she reckons being out of her comfort zone kickstarted a connection with her groom Jordan in a way that could never happen on Love Island.
While she can’t give away what happens on her journey, Milile added: “You are on a beach with absolutely nothing, you are relying on each other for everything.

Simon Calder took to This Morning to reveal an often overlooked destination in Europe that he dubbed ‘absolutely gorgeous’ and a ‘bargain’
Albania has beautiful beaches and warm autumnal weather(Image: Nikola Dubivska via Getty Images)
Travel expert Simon Calder has been smitten with one particular destination since the 1980s. Now, this hidden gem is finally gaining recognition – yet Simon claims “prices are really back to kinda 1990s levels.”
Albania is emerging as a must-visit tourism hotspot, but as Simon revealed on ITV’s This Morning in a segment last year, he’s been championing it long before it became trendy. It comes as Wizz Air launches budget £20 flights to the country.
Speaking to presenters Ben Shepherd and Cat Deeley from his accommodation in Durres, Albania, Simon explained he had arrived the previous evening.
He said: “The sun has come out, it’s absolutely gorgeous and it’s one of the most historic and beautiful cities in Albania.”

Beyond its stunning scenery, Simon highlighted Albania’s “incredible bargains”, reports the Express.
A pizza and pint will set you back roughly £6, whilst his coach journey from the airport to his accommodation – spanning 30 miles – would have cost merely a couple of quid; had he not missed the final departure.
The country currently has sunny weather forecast for the next couple of weeks, with highs between 26-28C daily, allowing you to enjoy the summer for longer.
Simon also claimed Albania’s residents are amongst the most hospitable and warm-hearted you’ll encounter anywhere.
He revealed that once locals realised he’d missed his transport, they immediately rallied around to assist him in securing a taxi – even advising him on fair pricing to prevent any potential overcharging.

He noted that Albania currently sits outside the mainstream package holiday market, though he anticipates tour operators will catch on within the coming years.
Direct flights to Albania depart daily from key UK airports – and with this slice of paradise merely three hours away, it deserves a spot on your travel wishlist. If, like Simon, you fancy staying in Durres, then there’s plenty to keep you occupied.
Durres boasts a colossal Roman amphitheatre featuring preserved mosaics that visitors can explore and marvel at.
TripAdvisor gives this attraction top marks, with one reviewer calling it essential viewing.
One holidaymaker shared: “This place is absolutely wonderful. I noticed that a lot of people take pictures from the outside and do not wish to spend 200 lek which is little less then £2 to go and see it inside. I think it’s their loss and they choose not to support further recovery of this beautiful place.”

But if lounging on the beach is more your cup of tea, then Durres delivers on that front too – it’s packed with stretches of pristine white sand and sparkling turquoise waters.
Following a busy day of sightseeing, you’ll have built up quite an appetite, so why not sample some of Durres’s freshly caught seafood?
It was also the last time son Jack saw his dad, he shared in a new YouTube video.
“My dad was great. He was in a good mood he was happy,” he said.
“I woke up in Los Angeles to a knock on my house door at around 3.45 in the morning.
“Someone who has worked for my family for about 30 years now was knocking on my door and when I looked through my window and I saw it was him, I knew something bad had happened.
“I was informed that my father had passed.”
The grieving son continued: “So many thoughts, there was a level of like “okay, he’s not struggling. He’s not suffering anymore”. And that is something.
“I wish he was still here, you know? I wish he was still with us all, but he was having a rough go and I think people saw that at the show.”
Jack rushed back to England to support his family, and prepare for the funeral, as well as a procession through Birmingham in his father’s memory.

“I speak for the family when I saw this. We are so grateful for that and it meant so much…. it was validating because I know we weren’t alone”, Jack added.
The late rock legend’s son previously shared a heartwarming clip to Instagram and explained how hand-written letters, memorabilia, and merch were being “carefully preserved”.
Jack told how every item will be recorded on a digital database and given to the Osbourne family.

He said: “I haven’t really wanted to post anything since the passing of my father. My heart has hurt too much.
“I’m gonna keep this short because he certainly hated long rambling speeches.
“He was so many things to so many people, but I was so lucky and blessed to be apart of a very small group that got to call him “Dad.”
“My heart is full of so much sadness and sorrow, but also so much love and gratitude.”
Jack continued: “I got 14,501 days with that man and I know that is such a blessing. I think this quote best describes my father.
“Hunter S. Thompson once said: “Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body… but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, ‘Wow! What a ride!'”
He added: “That was my dad. He lived and he lived his life fully. I love you dad.”
In recent years, Ozzy had been battling numerous health conditions, including Parkinson’s.
His official death certificate lists ‘acute myocardial infarction’ and ‘out of hospital cardiac arrest’ under the cause of death section.
It also listed coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction as “joint causes” of Ozzy’s death.
In his final performance, Ozzy sang five songs in his own set, with fans waving torches from their phones during Mama, I’m Coming Home.
He finished his performance with Crazy Train, before confetti rained over a packed Villa Park.
FAMILY UNITED
The Osbourne family have fiercely defended their late patriarch since his death.
DESPITE years as one of the most famous party boys in London and New York, don’t expect to see Mark Ronson hitting it hard for his 50th.
The Uptown Funk hitmaker is celebrating the landmark birthday today but is opting for a low-key family occasion instead of a blow-out bash.
Mark, who is gearing up to release his book Night People on September 16, explained: “I feel like because my whole life has been a party, not necessarily a party for me, but DJing a party for others and being in the party and all that s***, I have no desire to.
“Everybody’s like, ‘You’ve gotta do something big!’
“And my 40th, I kind of went all out.
“I had this big party with 60 friends or maybe more in the countryside.
“We all got on a tour bus and I DJ’d at Festival No6 in Wales.
“And then it was just three days of partying.”
But things are different for Mark these days, after he settled down and became a dad to two daughters.
He added: “Now I have absolutely no desire to do that.
“I just want to be with my family.”

ILL CELINE SCRAPPED EURO GIG

CELINE DION was forced to cancel her appearance during the final of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Switzerland after struggling with her health.
The My Heart Will Go On singer had kept the surprise appearance under wraps.
But it ended up being one of music’s worst-kept secrets, with Eurovision presenter Graham Norton referencing a possible appearance live on air.
Celine, who has stiff person syndrome, had been due to perform Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi, the song she won the competition with for Switzerland in 1988.
French newspaper Le Parisien has now claimed Celine was in Basel for the event but suffered a medical episode and was forced to cancel her performance.
The revelation comes after her Prime Video documentary last year, in which she talked about living with stiff person syndrome, which is a neurological disorder that causes muscle stiffness and cramps.
She was diagnosed with the rare disease in 2022 and has shared her experience to raise awareness.
Celine said: “I barely could walk at one point and I was missing very much living.
“My kids started to notice.
“I was like, ‘OK, they already lost a parent. I don’t want them to be scared’.
“I let them know, ‘You lost your dad, but Mum has a condition and it’s different. I’m not going to die. It’s something that I’m going to learn to live with.’”
Celine, you are a warrior.
GAGA’S ALL DOLLED UP IN VID

LADY GAGA transforms into a broken doll for her new video The Dead Dance.
She wears a tattered dress while strutting through a rain forest littered with creepy broken dolls.
Gaga debuted the video last night, with more than 74,000 fans tuning into the YouTube reveal.
The song is in the new series of Netflix’s Addams Family spin-off, Wednesday.
She also updated streaming platforms last night to add two tracks to her album Mayhem – Kill For Love and Can’t Stop The High.
A BRAZILIAN model has revealed how a hidden tumour made her shoot up to almost seven feet tall – and how her shorter partner won her over.
Elisane Silva, 26, from Salinopolis, stands at a staggering six foot eight and towers over her five-foot-four husband, Francinaldo Da Silva Carvalho, 31.

Despite bullying, Elisane now embraces her height and pursues a modelling career
But she admitted their nearly two-foot height gap doesn’t faze them – in fact, he was the one to win her over.
Elisane said: “Since I was 10 years old, I always noticed that there wasn’t something quite right as I was the only one in my family and class that stood at a staggering five feet nine inches.”
Her parents, Ana Maria Ramos and Luiz Jorge, were left stunned.
“My mother is only five feet four inches and my father is just five feet seven inches, so it was a shock to our entire family when I was the tallest member at so young,” she explained.
By age 10, Elisane was suffering painful pressure in her bones and head as she continued to grow at an alarming rate.
A doctor recommended tests, but her family couldn’t afford them.
Then a national TV network stepped in, offering to cover her medical bills if she told her story on air.
“A national television network approached my family after hearing my story, and in 2010, we flew to Sao Paulo, Brazil, where I appeared on national television and had all my tests done for free on behalf of the network,” she recalled.
“Although this was embarrassing, I was just glad to finally have an answer and to stop the pain that I was going through as a result of my height.”
Fans stunned at size of Newcastle’s Isak replacement Nick Woltemade as he dwarfs over Liverpool star
Doctors discovered a benign tumour on her pituitary gland, which had triggered an overproduction of growth hormone – a condition known as gigantism.
But while Elisane had answers, school became unbearable.
Classmates bullied her mercilessly, calling her “tower” and “giant.”
“I remember locking myself up at home as I felt so sick with the hurtful comments and words people were constantly saying to me,” she said.
“I decided to give up and it was the hardest decision I have ever had to make, as I wanted to continue studying, but I knew that I wouldn’t last any longer in that environment.
“At the time, I was 17 years old, so my parents didn’t have much to say on the matter and I was really lost about where to go next in life.”
Everything changed when she met Francinaldo in 2011.
“I fell for him right there and then, as he was the first person to treat me like a human being and not some freak of nature,” she said.
“Although there is an obvious height difference, we don’t see it as an issue as we love each other just the way we are and wouldn’t want anything to change.”
The couple got engaged quickly and tied the knot in September 2015. They later welcomed their son, Angelo, now three.

Elisane found love with Francinaldo, who is five foot four and embraced her for who she is and not her height
“We used to get comments from people in the street when we were walking together, I’m no longer the center of attention now we have our beautiful son,” Elisane said.
Angelo is already three foot three, but Elisane doesn’t believe he’ll inherit her towering stature.
“I don’t believe he will grow to be as tall as me because I don’t think my condition is hereditary,” she explained.
“I think he will grow up to be average height – but even if not, he should embrace the unique asset he has been given.”
After years of shame, Elisane now embraces her frame and is pursuing her lifelong dream of becoming a professional model.
“Although I haven’t been successful just yet, I usually go out and take professional photos of myself and add it to my portfolio to pass on to agencies,” she said.
“Despite no agencies picking up on them yet, these photo sessions have helped my levels of confidence immensely and I have started to love myself for who I am.”
While she’s been branded the “tallest woman in Brazil” online, Elisane says it’s not an official title – though she’s learned to wear the label with pride.
“I have learned to love myself for my unique height, as there’s no one quite like me and I think that’s rather special,” she said.
“I have found a good man to love, have a wonderful son, a beautiful family, and I am grateful that God has taught me to overcome these obstacles in life.
“Don’t let people’s evil comments interfere with your life, as it’s not for them to judge you based on how you look or who you love – stay true to yourself and you’ll live happily.”

A young woman has opened up about her ‘hilarious’ experience of being the only international student and ‘the British girl’ in a sorority at a university in the US
A British woman, who attended university in America, has opened up about what is was like being part of the sorority at the University of Arizona(Image: Getty Images)
It’s the classic scene we see in all the films – a student heads off to college in America, moves into a dorm room, plays sport, attends ‘frat parties’, or joins a sorority. On the big screen, it all looks a lot more glamorous than the debauched Freshers’ Week parties we have here in the UK.
But what are sororities and the American college system actually like in reality? Thankfully, a British woman called Angel has shed light on this by sharing her experiences at Arizona State University, in Georgia. She attended from 2019 to 2023 – and during that time, she was “most known for being the British sorority girl”.
She told her TikTok followers: “Being an international student in a sorority is quite hilarious because you have no idea what’s going on ever… like at all.”
Content cannot be displayed without consent
Acclimatising was also tricky because Angel was the only fully international student in her sorority, whereas the fraternities boasted significantly more in 2019.
However, being British worked in her favour when it came to joining. That’s because her Britishness helped her to stand out among those around her. What’s more, it made it easy to make friends and have something to talk about.
Angel said: “I was the British girl to everyone in the house and I love it, it made it easy, comfortable, it was great.”
After being accepted into the sorority, members tried to pair Angel with people who she had things in common with. However, this backfired.
Amusingly, some thought she was from London in Canada. And as a result, she got paired up with a number of Canadians!
The closest connection Angel was able to find were people with distant British relatives – or simply people who had been to the UK on holiday.
Angel said: “[They] had like been there once or their great grandad was British… That was hard because no one really was an international student like I was.”

Another challenge was the former ASU student had to miss some sorority events before the university year began – as she hadn’t moved over to the US yet.
She said: “I had my flight book nine months before because it was so expensive so I missed a lot of stuff, but they were really understanding about that.”
And ultimately, joining late didn’t mean she missed out on making friends. In fact, that’s her favourite part of the whole sorority experience.
If her college mates come over to Europe, they now message her asking to meet up. Angel added: “They know I will happily take them around London and show them around, everyone knows that.”
Summing up her whole experience in the comments section, Angel admitted it did live up to her expectations from watching American TV shows and films.
She concluded: “In a nutshell in was like the movies to a point.”
Getting into a US university
British students can attend universities in the US by submitting applications to individual colleges.
According to the Institute of International Education (IIE), more than 1,057,000 international students were enrolled at US institutions during the 2024/25 academic year. This includes more than 10,500 from the UK.
As well as sororities and fraternities, there are many differences between UK and US universities.
American university campuses often resemble small towns. Plus, a Bachelors degree typically takes four years to complete – one year longer than in the UK.
Another thing to note is that you will not pick a subject you want to study when applying. Instead, you will spend one or two years exploring a range of subjects, known as general education.
These courses, often called ‘electives,’ span disciplines such as humanities, sciences, and social sciences. Students then choose a ‘major’, which is your main area of study.
All hell will break loose in bombshell scenes as Robert Sugden goes above and beyond to save his ex-husband Aaron Dingle from John Sugden’s grasp – but things will go awry.
John Sugden continues to wreak havoc in Emmerdale next week – and he could claim another victim
Two lives are left hanging in the balance next week and it may mean trouble for Robert Sugden as he’s left to grapple alone with the aftermath.
Ryan Hawley’s Robert Sugden goes all out to protect his ex-husband Aaron Dingle from John Sugden’s clutches in Emmerdale – even if it means putting himself back on the firing line.
“His suspicions are renewed when he hears Tracy talking to Charity,” says Ryan. “She says there’s something more going on. He then finds out that Aaron and John are away at this cottage. He’s worried about Aaron, who’s in danger. That’s his primary focus.”
Aaron (Danny Miller) has been torn between love and loyalty in recent months. John (Oliver Farnworth) offered him security but Robert’s return to the village reopened old wounds – and old passions.
But from the moment he met his half-brother John, Robert sensed trouble. “He thinks there are too many things that don’t add up,” Ryan says, “He’s always had the suspicion there’s something wrong about John.”
John, who has blood on his hands from Nate’s death and Mackenzie’s disappearance, knows Robert is circling. To keep his crimes under wraps, he isolates Aaron and tightens his grip.
But when Robert tracks them down with help from Eric Pollard, the façade breaks wide open. Robert accuses John of murder, triggering an explosive confrontation.
John Sugden has been determined to cover his tracks and, next week, his plan could lead to heartbreak in the Dales
“He suspects that John is to blame for Nate’s murder,” Ryan says. “Robert gets banged out in one go. He’s not very good at fighting.” The drama escalates in the woods, as Robert regains consciousness and gives chase. Paranoia then collides with betrayal. “John instantly thinks that Aaron’s been lying to him,” Ryan says.
“He knows that Aaron and Robert have had an affair so he instantly suspects there’s more betrayal. Then John comes up with his own survival instinct plan.”
That plan turns deadly. As truths about Nate and Mackenzie emerge, John drags Aaron into his spiral – literally. In a shock move, John pulls Aaron with him down a gorge, leaving Robert horrified.
“There’s so much going on,” Ryan says, “They’re on the edge of a cliff, there’s a revelation about Mack and another about Nate. It’s a very perplexing situation. He approaches the gorge and looks over. And he sees two lifeless-looking bodies at the bottom.”
But the nightmare doesn’t stop there. For Robert, who only walked free on parole in May after serving time for Lee Posner’s murder, the fallout could be catastrophic.
Robert witnesses a tragedy next week and has to grapple alone with the fallout
“I don’t think he realises at that moment,” Ryan says. “It’s only later in the hospital that people start accusing him.” Could the accusations send Robert straight back to prison?
Behind the scenes, the intense stunt work tested everyone involved. Filming the gorge scenes took a gruelling three days. But Ryan reveled in the challenge. “It’s fun to see people do cool things and make the scenes look great,” he says.
For Ryan, who returned to Emmerdale after six years of absence, this storyline has been worth the wait. “I’m very much enjoying it,” he says, “I get to work with everyone.”
And while Robert’s future hangs by a fragile thread, John’s fate seems much darker. “It’s a great climax, a great ending to the story of this serial killer,” he says, “I read every single scene in it all the way through. I loved it.” Are the walls finally closing in on John?
Emily, who plays Sarah Stratton, told the Radio Times: “I’m really proud of the Rivals gang because, throughout my life, I haven’t felt safe all the time, and we’re all so respectful of each other.
“We have to do a lot of sexual scenes and we’re very looked after — it’s a really positive thing.”
Emily, who is now engaged to materials scientist Dr Alistair Garner, launched her acting career 18 years ago with small parts in dramas including ITV’s Heartbeat.
Emily Atack says stripping for Rivals and playing naked tennis ‘was liberating’
She then made her breakthrough as Charlotte Hinchcliffe in The Inbetweeners, which ran from 2008 to 2010 on Channel 4 and is one of Britain’s best-loved comedies.
She also appeared in Only Fools And Horses prequel comedy Rock & Chips on BBC One in 2010, the 2013 gangster film Get Lucky and the 2016 movie remake of Dad’s Army.
In the second season of the Netflix series, we saw three pairs tie the knot: Kieran and Megan, Kal and Sarover and Billy and Ashleigh.
However, it seems the latter two couples have since called it quits not long after the show finished filming.
It comes after fans were concerned that Billy would turn Ashleigh down at the altar, after previously expressing concerns about their different work schedules would impact the relationship.
In an exclusive interview, Cabin Crew Manager Ashleigh opened up about the breakdown of her marriage to Billy, admitting they now ‘don’t speak much’.
Ashleigh felt ‘reassured’ on their wedding day(Image: Netflix)
She revealed that their relationship had ended “within a day” of fellow ex-couple Sarover and Kal, who also tied the knot on the show but split soon after.
Speaking about their difficult break-up, Ashleigh explained: “There was a follow-up conversation two weeks later.
“But yeah, we left the experiment; he said ‘yes’ to me and I was like, ‘This is all I needed. Billy has reassured me with that yes that this is going to work.
“‘He’s getting married for the second time, this is the real deal,’” she added.
“But unfortunately it wasn’t the real deal and he walked away with no fight. It was three months where I felt I was problem solving and looking to the future and he was just walking away from me.
“And I think, when you fall in love with someone, you grow to love them even more when the cameras are away and it’s just us now,” she reflected.

“But I felt he was more and more cold towards me and icy and my friends and family saw that side of Billy.
“And he walked away with no fight in January and we haven’t really spoken much since,” she admitted, as Sarover also confirmed that she and Kal “don’t speak either”.
Sarover had a similar perspective on her relationship with Kal, saying: “We tried to make it work, I was in love with him and he just ended it and I was blindsided.
“That was it, there was no conversation to be had, he just walked away.”
Meanwhile, Jed and Bardha have also called it quits after Bardha said ‘no’ to Jed at the altar, and Katisha and Javen have also parted ways following her decision to leave the process early.
Nonetheless, one happy marriage has come out of the experiment, as Kieran and Megan have confirmed it is still “all plain sailing” for their relationship.

A MUM is ho-ho-home and dry for Christmas already — with £2,000 of gifts all set to go under the tree.
Charlotte Chandler started buying presents for her children Harley, 14, Evie, 13, and six-year-old Myles in June.
The 36-year-old says stocking up early takes off the pressure during the festive period.
She said: “Getting organised early makes a massive difference.
“I usually start in June but sometimes I start earlier.
“This way, I can spread the cost but also be less stressed nearer Christmas and have spare money for activities.
“Going through a busy shopping centre in December and fighting for a parking space is a no thank you.”
And she resists any urge to keep adding to her stockpile.
Charlotte said: “I don’t keep going until Christmas. I’m done now.”
The well-organised content creator, from Stockport, Greater Manchester, hides the presents in two 7ft cupboards with locks on them.
Besides the £2,000 on gifts, single mum Charlotte will add about £10 a week to her food shop to buy festive treats such as crisps, nuts, chocolates and fizzy drinks.
She said: “Anything to keep those stress levels down and enjoy Christmas.”

Gordon Ramsay has a message for you this holiday weekend: wear sunscreen.
The Michelin-starred celebrity chef posted Saturday on Instagram that he was diagnosed with skin cancer and had the basal cell carcinoma removed from the side of his face.
Ramsay shared two photos, one of a bandage stretching from his cheek to his neck. Another, a close-up, showed stitch marks directly below his earlobe.
“Grateful and so appreciative for the incredible team at The Skin Associates and their fast reactive work on removing this Basal Cell Carcinoma thank you! Please don’t forget your sunscreen this weekend,” Ramsay wrote in the caption.
His post was not without humor: “I promise you it’s not a face lift! I’d need a refund …” he said.
Ramsay — the host, most recently, of the reality TV show “Hell’s Kitchen” — has not been shy about sharing his health issues on social media, as well as offering cautionary advice to his followers. Last year he posted a video on Instagram after he was in a bicycle accident in Connecticut. In the video, the Scottish-born restaurateur lifted his white chef coat and pointed to expansive bruising on his torso. He urged his followers to “WEAR A HELMET.”
Skin cancers are among the most common cancers diagnosed worldwide, according to the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer. More than 1.5 million new cases were estimated in 2022.
Basal cell carcinoma in particular, which Ramsay was diagnosed with, is a type of non-melanoma skin cancer and the most common overall, says Elizabeth Bahar Houshmand, a double board certified dermatologist based in Dallas.
“But the good news,” Houshmand says, “is there’s a less than 1% chance of metastasis, meaning it would spread to other organs, regions. But it is a skin cancer and needs to be addressed promptly. Usually the treatment is surgical excision and that’s what Gordon Ramsay had done.”
Early detection of basal cell carcinoma, Houshmand says, is key. As are preventative measures, such as wearing sunscreen and SPF clothing.
“It’s generally slow-growing and rarely spreads to other parts of the body, and with early detection and treatment the cure rate is very high,” she says. “Always see your dermatologist if you see an irregularity that’s not going away. Don’t wait. And protect yourself — I like an SPF of 50 or greater and apply it 15 minutes before going outside.”
So if you fire up the grill this weekend — even attempting one of Ramsay’s barbecue favorites — still, make sunscreen the main course.
