But one particular area of the shop that is a treasure trove for dupes is its shoe stands, which currently hold a £6 imitation of a viral £128 sandal.

Reformation’s pricey Ludo Toe Ring Strappy Flat Sandal recently went viral on TikTok for its trendy silhouette and array of colours. 

But at £128 a pop, it’s not an affordable design for most Brits. 

That’s where Primark steps in. 

The fast fashion giant’s £6 Flat Strappy Sandals might only come in two colours compared to Reformation’s seven, but the design is uncanny. 

A blurb on the open toe shoes reads: “Make every step as stylish as the next with these must-have strappy mule sandals. 

“A staple in your new season shoe collection, they feature a flat sole that’s perfect for everyday comfort and stylish loop design to the toe. 

“The strappy style is ideal for sun-splashed summer days, while the faux leather is versatile and practical. 

“Wear them on repeat and look to a season of chic moments!”

The colours available are chocolate brown and white. 

They are available in sizes 3 through to 8, and already stocked in Primark stores across the country. 

Primark’s success in the dupe game is no accident. 

Its fast fashion model allows the retailer to swiftly spot trending designs – often worn by celebs or made viral by social media – and recreate them. 

Whether it’s a £3 version of a £40 designer lip gloss or a coat that looks suspiciously similar to one seen on the runway, Primark always comes in clutch with its dupes. 

In fact, the latest dupe added to its beauty arsenal is the PS… Lip And Cheek Jelly Tint.

The inspiration for the new launch is Milk Makeup’s £22 Cooling Water Jelly Tint.
