For Benn to be able to battle it out against the son of his father’s rival, he has been made to work his way up two weight classes from welterweight (147lbs) to middleweight (160lbs).
Eubank Jr will have the weight advantage because he is a natural middleweight and has also competed at super-middleweight (168 lbs).
Benn officially made weight at 156.4lbs, while his opponent missed weight by 0.05lbs.
Eubank Jr first scaled at 160.2lbs before his final attempt, which saw him tip 160.05lbs and miss weight by 0.05lbs.
SunSport understands the 35-year-old will have a whopping £300,000 deducted from his purse.
Neither fighter can fight at more than 170lbs on Saturday night, which is why a hydration clause is in the contract to restrict either fighter reaching that weight.
