A PERSON has died following a mudslide in North Yorkshire, police say.
Carlton in Cleveland from Carlton Bank North York Moors England
The horror took place at around 1.15pm in Carlton-in-Cleveland, near Middlesborough, North Yorkshire Police said.
No one else was injured.
The area is cordoned off while we respond to the incident.
A police spokesperson said: “We can confirm that one person has sadly died as a result of the incident.
“Our thoughts are with their family and friends during this difficult time.”
